In a nutshell:

This is where you set up ad campaigns on the various search engines (like Yahoo, MSN and Google) targeting specific words and phrases people use to find information about the clickbank products you want to promote.

Your ad can direct people to the clickbank merchant website (through your link) or to your own website (recommended) where you provide more information about the product to help them make a buying decision.

There is a lot more in the details (and it is not as easy as some might let on) but that is a quick and effective clickbank strategy!
